Baked Avocado Egg for Breakfast

Baked Eggs in Avocado is very healthy recipe for breakfast. It will give full energy for the
body. That too, tender avocado surrounded by the egg cream mixed with salt, spices will
make it yummy. Definitely, you will get addicted to this if you try once.

Ingredients:
Avocado - 1
Egg - 2
Salt as required
pepper as required
Red chilli powder as required
Steps:
Cut an avocado vertically and twist the seed to remove out.
Scoop out the avocado flush little bit from central part to make a room for egg.
Do the same for other half.
Take a small aluminium foils to make a bed for avocado. So that it will not fell down while
cooking.
Break the egg and gently fill it on the avocado. Transfer this and place it on a baking tray.
Preheat the oven with 300 degree fahrenheit and place prepared avocado inside, and cook
for 15 minutes.
Take out after 15 minutes.
Finally sprinkle little bit salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder.

Now healthy avocado baked egg breakfast is ready to serve.
